Would not receommend
Dr. Hamilton delivered 2 of my daughters 18-20 years ago and I had a positive experience back then. But in 2016 my younger daughter passed away extremely suddenly and I went to Dr. Hamilton for a check up because I wanted to get pregnant again. I was in tears telling the nurse what had happened with my daughter and she was very sympathetic. I heard her brief Dr. Hamilton in the hall before she came in, so I was SHOCKED that Dr. Hamilton didn't acknowledge my loss, offer condolences or sympathize in ANY WAY. She told me my eggs may be too 'old' and that I should look into donor eggs to get pregnant again. Cold and heartless. I left that appointment so upset and never returned. Would not recommend at all, as I don't know how she would treat a patient during a stressful delivery or tragedy.And for the record, I went on to give birth to a healthy baby girl with my own eggs just 13 months after this terrible appointment.

Not good for perimenopause issues
She was nice, her staff was great, but she is not educated when it comes to perimenopause and seemed to think that it's hot flashes and nothing else. I started bringing up all my perimenopause symptoms and she said they weren't related to perimenopause and even said that it does not cause memory issues and I should "see a neurologist". She told me she is not against hormones and is on them herself so she probably got herself a prescription at the first hot flash and never had any of the many other symptoms you can have with perimenopause. I'm sure she's a fine doctor if you are pregnant, but I wouldn't recommend her for perimenopause and menopause issues. I will not be seeing her again and will be going to a doctor certified by the North American Menopause Society instead.

She is a very knowledgeable Dr. Very warm, compassionate and makes you feel comfortable. I have been a patient for 24 yers

I love Dr. Hamilton!! I see her mainly in her West Orange location. She and the entire staff there are always so nice and compassionate. The appointment was perfectly on time. She always makes sure you have all your questions answers and is great at explaining things. I highly recommend!!

Been seeing Dr Hamilton for ten years and I have to say my overall experience with her has been good. However I'm not sure what has been happening with the office and the staff. They are extremely rude and unaccommodating. The last time when I called for an urgent matter they dismissed my care because it was the holidays even though it wasn't and their office was open. I had to go to another doctors office instead. I will never go to summit medical group again.
