Did not listen to my wife's concerns
I don't understand how Dr. McCarus views patients and care because she ignored my wife's repeated statements and downplayed severe distress and then spouted religious platitudes as if that was some kind of treatment. Does Dr. McCarus view my wife as a patient or as someone she can push around? Just the absolute worst. Our experience was a nightmare of the worst kind.
