Trying to find a primary care doctor and was told to be there by 11 wasn’t given instructions on what side of building so when I got to the right place it was 11:10 and she refused to see me saying I was supposed to be here 15 min prior which I was never notified of, So they rescheduled me and the front desk said be here at 9 and I was like don’t you mean 8:45. Proper expectations were not set and first impression horrible considering the amount of money I would be paying this doctor

Oh where to start......I made an appointment for 04/14/2021 and was advised it would be a phone appointment to establish myself as a patient and to discuss a health issue I was concerned about. She was to call me at 9:15 a.m. At 9:37 a.m. I hadn't received a call so I looked up her office number online and called. I was then informed that she's out of the office this week and the lady couldn't tell me why I wasn't notified prior to my appt. I guess the only thing left to do is to figure out where I send them the bill for the appointment they failed to cancel, wasting my time. My time is just as valuable as theirs, but not according to Dr. Hudson or the office staff. Bravo on a job well done! The bills in the mail. Please pay it promptly.

Terrible Patient Service – Apr 14, 2021

This Dr has no compassion for those with serious pain conditions. I saw her for over 6 months in 2015 . I had a very serious nerve injury and I tried all her injections and meds that had nothing to do with pain relief and they the minute I asked for opiate pain meds she would only give me a very small amount and told me that was the last time she would give them to me. After finding a good Dr I found out that I suffer from CRPS a debilitating nerve disorder.
