The 'BEST' on the planet for heart problems
I have been with Dr. Hamdan for close to 10 years and he has put in 3 stents in my heart and he is the 'BEST' on the planet for heart related problems. I would literally be dead today if it were not for him. I trust him with my life. He is compassionate and really cares for his patients.

Worst practice in my lifetime
If I could give zero stars I would! Hands down the worst practice in my lifetime! I've had three tests performed here for hypertension and risks. ALL THREE TESTS, NO WORD ON RESULTS FOR WEEKS!! I HAD TO MESSAGE AND CALL REPEATEDLY FOR INFORMATION ON MY TESTS. A 'CARDIOLOGIST' THAT ADDS ADDITIONAL STRESS TO A PATIENT. THIS SHOULD BE CRIMINAL!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR CARE, THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. I WISH I CHECKED THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS BEFORE I DID.

Patient
He is extremely knowledgeable in many areas of medicine besides Cardiology so took his time to review my patient history in their system and was able to best treat me. He is patient and kind and listens very well. Every single staff member is friendly, personal, knowledgeable and genuine.

“ Horrible Staff “ - Fantastic Doctor.
This is a great Doctor whom I have complimented & have respected since I’ve met Dr. Hamdan. He is Incredibly intelligent & knowledgeable & he is one of the best Cardiologist I have ever come across. Unfortunately he has had a big turn around with the staff workers he has hired! In only 2yrs, I’ve seen an entire new staff (6) times. I won’t be surprised if there is a huge change soon again. I don’t understand why the staff he has chosen & hired on are not looked into carefully beforehand. This a Cardiologist practice for God Sake! When you go, call in or ask for the smallest thing’s, his staff makes you feel like you’re not important whatsoever. Their goal or objective there seems to try to work you up until you feel extremely horrible & stressed out. I never seen this in my entire life & I don’t understand how this is allowed. His entire staff needs to be investigated. They play a huge role in making Dr. Hamdan look horrible. Get this staff out b4 your reputation is tarnished!

First visit and I like him and his professionalism
I went for the first time today and I liked Dr. Hamdan. I thought he was professional, did exactly what I was told by another cardiologist that needed to be done, and the wait time was not bad. Maybe 30 minutes at the most. He spent about 30 minutes with me...I trust him and that is a big thing with me. Only my first visit, but I liked him!

STAY AWAY!
I have been attempting to get a cardiology clearance for preop at this office since September 5. Had an EKG and Ultrasound done. Was told by another doctor there that after the Ultrasound they would issue the clearance. I went there this morning for that purpose. I arrived at 9 A.M. for a 9:20 appointment. I was seen by a nurse and placed in a room to wait for the doctor around 9:20 where I sat for over a 1/2 an hour. When I came out to express my dissatisfaction for waiting over a 1/2 hour, that it was rude and, in fact, not the first time. My first visit I sat in the waiting room for over 1 hour and was never seen. Another patient had been there 2 hours. This doctor responded, "We are cardiologists and emergencies happen... you are interrupting me right now... if you want me to see you sit down and stop making trouble. I asked for my records. He told me "You have to pay. Get out. Good-bye and have a nice day" which he said numerous times ushering me out.

I left after two hour wait! Kept my Co-Pay!
My first visit was a nightmare. Waited an hour and a half. Second visit, same situation, but after almost two hours, I could not continue to wait. I had already paid my co-pay. I was told it would be applied to my next visit if I rescheduled. I decided not to go there again. I noticed when I checked in that EIGHT people were scheduled for the same time! This clearly explains the LONG wait. There is never an apology from anyone....certainly not from the doctor! I have been calling the office since April asking for my $25.00 co-pay to be returned. I have heard every story imaginable.....new office manager, change in staff, doctor is supposed to write the check, etc. I will now file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It's NOT the amount of money....it's how they treat their patients, and absolutely do NOT care.

My first appointment was scheduled in October for December 15. I got a phone message confirming, but shortly after it was cancelled because the doctor decided to take the rest of the month off. For my rescheduled appointment, I showed up 20 minutes early, and got stuck sitting in the waiting room over 2 hours past me scheduled time. When I asked the front desk is they forgot about me, I was told no, and that the entire staff was new and things are a little messy right now. That is a huge red flag. Cardiology is not a specialty for a slacker. I left and don't regret that this poorly run practice didn't try to contact me again to reschedule.

My visit. He should be required to pay his patients when he's late. The 1st time, he was 2 hours late. 2nd time over 3 hours late & NO APOLOGY. He needs to work his lateness. He needs HELP. Never received treatment from him. He's never on time. I called for another Doctor. He didn't like it.
