Best Gastro Doctor!!
Have been battling autoimmune disease and developed UC unknowingly.. huge trepidation on having colonoscopy and along came Dr Hazan. From first time consultation he had me booked in less than a week for colonoscopy and endoscopy.. was attentive to my worries, explained in detail the process, addressed my autoimmune and had a genuine caring concern. Fast forward to now, Dr Hazan diagnosed me and with a full treatment program. Have never felt better than now.. very grateful to Dr Hazan and the professional staff.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Hazan is very knowledgeable and he listened to all of my concerns. He did not rush any of my appointments and made sure he had a full understanding of my concerns. Dr. Hazan is very thorough in his practice. He performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Both went very smoothly and he thoroughly went over all results during my follow up appointment. Dr. Hazan is very nice with a great bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients. The medical assistants and front office staff go above and beyond! I highly recommend Dr. Hazan!

Excellent Doctor
Dr Hazen is very knowledgeable and a great Dr. He diagnosed me in AFib during a visit and sent me to the hospital. I was in-fact in AFib and have been treated. A few weeks later I had a Colonoscopy by Dr Hazen. His bed side manners were impeccable and was able to put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend Dr Hazen.

Very caring and Listens to the Patient
My husband was a patient of Dr. Hazen's and he always was very caring and listened to all of our concerns. He was always suggesting what he felt was the best course of treatment, but always offered options. I trust Dr. Hazen with any and all medical decisions. Always on time and you never feel rushed. Office staff is also very professional.

Great Service with a Caring Provider
I was very pleased with the service both prior to and during my office visit with this practice. The appointment staff got me booked very quickly and my waiting room time was less than 5-minutes. Once back with the nurse assistant I was seen by the doctor within 5-minutes. Despite it being the first time we that we met he knew the key details from my medical history and the concerns that brought me in. He spent the time with me that was needed, and I felt comfortable having him perform my procedures. Michelle at checkout was also very helpful in having my other procedures booked and making sure I understood the information. I would highly recommend Dr. Tal Hazan and the team at Gastroenterology Associates of SW Florida.

Dr. Hazan is an Excellent Gastroenterologist!
Dr. Hazan is very caring and easy to talk to and he listens to every concern. I never felt rushed. The medical staff makes sure the Doctor has all previous lab work and scans before appointment and ready for the Doctor to review very efficient. Dr. Hazan ordered test and scans he is very thorough he gave me medicine to help my stomach issues and I was better in three day's. Dr. Hazan will follow- up and make sure your are doing better. The Medical and Front Office staff are friendly and professional. When scheduling appointments or asking a question they are always there to help and do what is best for the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Hazan!

Tal Hazan did not treat me as an individual with special needs. He failed to listen to my concerns which resulted in my having to repeat the colonoscopy.
