My son has visited the Dermatologist 3 times prior to visiting Dr. Ikeda. My first impression of Dr. Ikeda was that he care about his patient. He took down everything I said and explain what he thought. Although he wasn't sure what he prescribe is the right medicine, it worked. Why would I go back to Dr. Ikeda? Simple, because he is up front with me about the medication and his knowledge of the situation. It's perfectly fine to say I am not sure what it is until we do a biopsy.
