The office environment and the staffs are very good and well behaving. Dr.Ghaffar and Dr.Manpreet both of them are very understanding. Whenever i call regarding any issue or medication the front desk girls help a lot.The thing i like most they don't put on hold for long time.I recommand my family and friends to see this facility.

Dear dr gahaffar im a patient at your practice in richmondhill queens ny ,but am not going to be a patient anymore those receptionist u hAve is the worst girls there names are pratima and rehana.. They make me so sick to my stomach just to call the office , I wasn’t able to get a Appoinment to see u , they so unprofessional I would never recommend u to anyone because of those ppl

Dr. Ghaffar was pleasant but I will not go back here, Her staff however was unprofessional and the PA's bedside manner was unacceptable. When my medical history was being taken the door was left wide open with no courtesy for my privacy, the receptionist and whoever was in front heard everything. Then one time they forgot I was in the waiting room and sent two patients who came after me ahead of me then came in the room and said "OMG your still waiting?" what incompetence. Don't waste your time.
