Very professional. When I first came into the office about my ear infection I was extremely nervous and had a list of questions about the situation. I left the office relieved, comfortable, and a lot more at ease. He listened to all of my questions and concerns very carefully and answered all of them clearly to me. The procedures proceeding went smoothly and my infection went away a lot more quickly than what I expected from online research. He is very to the point, knowledgeable & overall great
