Money grab
I sought out functional medicine with Dr. Barber when conventional medicine for recurrent UTI's, bloating and severe back pain wasn't helping. I should have saved my money. At every visit she recommended another expensive treatment. At my last visit with her I told her I was recently treated for a kidney infection at the local urgent care facility which relieved my back pain but the pain was back. Unfazed she suggested a visit with a psychologist that was affiliated with Premier MD. I figured out on my own that my symptoms were kidney stones. Through conventional MD they verified a 1' kidney stone causing all the trouble. Dr. Barber's suggestion of a psychologist for my back pain was insulting. I wasted over $3,500 with her at Premier MD.

Hormone specialist?

When I signed up with her for hormone help. I got her helper where she said I must pay the $950.00 for the test and first online visit. I felt ok about that until I received an email stating I had to sign up for a $5k ongoing service from her, I think the other option was $3K. .... i didn't understand . they don't answer phone calls, it has to be electronic messages. 3 months later when we finally got to the visit because of her and my busy schedules( and my trepidation about having to pay$5k more for nothing at that point, Dr Tabitha said that email was a mistake. (but having no other emails, what was i to think?) her 50 min visit with me was okay, I told her of my ongoing bleeding issues all the testing that had been done. she was like any other functional medicine dr. She encouraged me to take her vitamins. get on her platform to connect up with her groups And that was essentially it. I certainly don't feel like the 50min visit was worth$400. It was a big letdown.

This was the biggest waste of time, money, and efforts. I went into this fully trusting the process and giving my all. To an extent that the doctor told me to workout before work so I started waking up at 4:30am. This is how much I believed in the process and their practice. In return the supplements caused me more issues and it was not one bit personalized. During the consultation time was spent more on telling me how I have to believe that I’m perfect, rather than explaining my lab results. Big disappointment!

Easy outpatient bladder surgery. Put in mini arc to hold up bladder. Too tight. Not able to urinate on my own. Had to go back in a week later to put holes in arc. Soon after went to urologist due to infection and found puncture due to arc she placed. She never contacted me to see how I was doing after so many issues. Trying to contact her was impossible. Used her services since she came to this practice. Haven't been back to see her in 3 years.
