Amazing doctor! I broke my fibula and ankle beginning of March. Two days after accident, I saw him in clinic, with surgery next day. I was weight bearing in a month, walking in 2. I’m 4 months out and doing great. I can’t thank him enough! He listens to concerns, doesn't condescend, patronize, or rush, & treats you like a patient, not a chart. I’ve had a lot of experience with specialists & ortho’s. Dr. Woll is among the best!

I am forever grateful to Dr. Woll who helped me continue dancing after a severe ankle injury many years ago. The injury was so bad another orthopedist told me dancing was out of the question if I wanted to walk the rest of my life. Dr. Woll gave me conservative non-invasive treatments and encouraged me to continue dancing. He understands my passion for competitive dancing and has given me all the support he could as a doctor. I am stronger and in better shape than 10 years ago and still dancing. I deeply appreciate and respect Dr. Woll as a great ankle specialist and caring sports medicine doctor. New to WA, broke my toe unpacking and waited 3 to 4 weeks before going to urgent care because the toe was misshapen and discolored. I didn’t choose Dr. Woll my insurance co did. I get that having to deal with a broken toe pales in comparison to a back, knee, shoulder, however Dr. Woll was chosen to look at my case, he could have done it with a pretend smile and faked concern. Don’t know how he is at diagnosing or treating difficult cases, but I do know how he treated me. He asked why I waited 3 to 4 weeks to come in, and to wear a closed toed shoe for a few weeks. If not better, come back to see him. Would have been nice to see just a hint of pleasantries, or as I said above, fake concern. Again, may be a great doctor, but he does need a little reminding of pleasantries.

I have had 2 foot and 1 lower leg surgery with Dr. Woll. Although my feet are quite a challenge (and I am currently still in recovery from my last foot surgery), everything has gone well and I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by Dr. Woll and the staff. I trust his judgement and his skill as a surgeon. My only complaint was that after rupturing a major tendon in my lower leg, I was not able to get in to see him quickly. That is why that category is rated as "fair".

I had suffered with foot pain for years and finally decided that I needed to do something. Dr Woll was recommended to me. After my right foot surgery was completed and was pain free I realized that my left foot also hurt. So I had surgery on that one also. I am now pain free in both feet and enjoy hiking again!

On May 20th I fell on my ankle and shattered it. I was in the er until 5am. They told me to make an appt with rebound. I had never heard about Dr. Woll, but that is who I was set to see. I went into the appt very concerned and stressed. After speaking to Dr.Woll I looked at my husband and felt very relieved.
