Amazing OBGYN
Dr. Polak was my Obgyn for my first pregnancy. She was wonderful! She takes her time to answer questions, her responses are knowledgeable and evidence based. Yet, she also respected my decisions. My appointments with her never felt rushed. I highly recommend her as she truly is a caring, smart, and compassionate doctor!

Do not let her do circumcision
Dr. Polak was not my OB so I can’t speak to that, but she did perform the circumcision for my twins in the hospital. After 4-6 weeks I began to notice that it didn’t look like any skin had actually been removed. Upon visits to the pediatrician and a pediatric urologist it was determined that they BOTH needed to be redone as they didn’t even look as if they ever had a circumcision to begin with. This meant going into the hospital, being put under anesthesia and recut (not to mention that it was now considered elective/cosmetic and cost a lot of money out of pocket). I can understand making a mistake on one child - as frustrating as that would have been - but really can’t find an excuse for making the same mistake on both of my boys.
