Dr. Yusoof has no problem making his patients wait for literally hours. It’s quite common to wait four to five hours for an appointment. Beyond ridiculous.

Dr yusoff is a great doctor but calling his office is horrible!!! I have been trying to call the number on the website and I haven't been able to get through! This is ridiculous! Poor customer service. We are considering switching to a Dr with better customer service. As good as he is, getting a hold of someone in the office with quite a few staff members that sit in the office and cannot answer the phone is completely unacceptable! Poor customer service!

Dr Yusoof has been my PCP for over 15 years. Yes the wait time is long. But that's because he cares about each and every patient. He saved my life twice. Once in 2011 and again in 2012. No matter how long you have to wait he is well worth it

We had a 2:00.phone appointment with Dr Yusoof. He called at 9;14 pm I got a call today about 3;30 pm from his office saying we didn’t answer the phone call yesterday from the doctor. I mentioned the call was at9:14 and the lady from Dr Yusoof’s office said she’d have him call back in a very short time. It’s now 6:15 and no call....

I take my grandfather to Dr Mengle....I mean Yusoof. The wait times are completely ridiculous! He had an appointment at 9 am, waited 4 hours to be called in to the exam room, and then waited another 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room before being told that the “doctor” was teaching a class, and would have to reschedule his appointment! He doesn’t give a damn about refilling prescriptions that my grandfather needs, his health insurance provider also calls to get his meds filled- and when somebody does answer- they’re very rude and hang up on you! I don’t know if it’s his staff that’s leaving positive reviews ,but his staff is just a big a joke as he is! They should revoke his medical license, and the certifications of his entire staff. This office should be closed down! This “doctor “ shouldn’t even be allowed to practice on the board game operation! This practice, if you can call it that, might be better run by mentally challenged, two fingered, blind chimps!

Imoved to east Texas around 2010. But I never forgot that he literally saved my life after another doctor misdiagnosed me. He became our primary doctor after that. He always had to talk with my husband and me about what was happening in our lives. He also cared for my elderly mother in law, making sure her waits weren't long. I hated to move and lose him.He took such care of us ! I didnt even get to tell him goodbye. Thank you Dr Yusoof for caring about me ! I still miss you.

Perhaps Dr. Yusoof is an excellent doctor, however how anyone has time to sit and wait to see him is beyond me!! I had an appointment at 2:50 pm and left his office at 5:40 pm without seeing him. I have had two appointments with Dr. Yusoof which has cost me a total of one full days pay due to having to take off for appointments to sit and wait. I believe this to be complete disregard for patients and their. He also dismissed what i had been told by a neurosurgeon because he was in Waco, TX. Boo

Dr. Yusoof is a wonderful doctor. He doesn't rush to get out of the room when he's done. If there are any questions that need to be answered he will take his time to answer all questions. Only thing is that the waiting time to see him is too long, anywhere between 2-3 1/2 hours.
