The nurses/medical staff were all great. Answered any concern I had and made me feel comfortable. However they overcharged me for my procedure and it's been almost 2 months since my procedure and I have not gotten my almost $500 back! So I'm having to put off other medical bills waiting on his staff to get my account fixed!! Not happy would be an understatement on my end.

I have gone to Dr Samad for several years but am no longer going to his office. I sat in the waiting room for more than an hour before I alerted his staff and then sat another 45 minutes until I decided to leave. The only thing that they are eager to do on time is to collect your co-payment or deductible. The office staff is very unprofessional to be working in a professional office. Very disappointed in the quality of staff now at the office and I will not be back.

My first experience with Dr. samad and his office five years ago was good,,very professional!! Mine and my wife's latest appointment back in May and June were very dissapointing and the office personnel are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I had to take care of insurance matters so my insurance would pay the anesthesiologist. After my wife's colonoscopy Dr. Samad ordered further tests ,,,,,that after four weeks still have not contacted us with any information good or bad! We will never go back!!!!!!!

Very caring doctor. When getting a colonoscopy, not ranking among the top things on my bucket list, he was very assuring. The prep room had a bad odor but I wasn't there for a fun experience . . . just to get the procedure over with. The anesthesiologist was perfect. Couldn't have asked for better staff to take care of me.

ordered unnecessary and extraneous tests and then drew the wrong diagnosis from those tests. Am looking at a $1000 bill because of these tests.

My fiancé never had the chance to go to Dr. Samad. I will NEVER go to this office! My fiancé called about his Insurance to see why his co-payment was so high and the lady Krissy told him. I asked will he have to pay the co-payment again and Krissy states he will have to see what procedure he's having I JUST TOLD HIM THAT! Really? I do NOT appreciate being talked to like that by no one! She was very rude. I give this office a ZERO, because of the Receptionist Krissy.
