Horrible Office Staff
My Mother has been a patient of Dr Hasan for years and she is always very upset after a call to the office or a visit to the office and I decided to go with her and his receptionist cameshia is very rude very dismissive on the phone and in person and when you share this with Dr Hasan he just says he know he needs to hire more staff. He is a pretty good Dr but she is so awful and does not care you can read reviews on numerous websites and so many mention her old and new reviews and the Dr keeps her treating everyone so poorly and it's very sad that this is considered acceptable to treat paying patients in such a very nasty manner.

Went to see him for the 1st time ever headaches I've had for awhile. Without even running any physical test like blood work, MRI etc.. He literally named 5 things that could be wrong with me. They were all ridiculous. Even told me to increase my current medication that my PCP has me on. Increasing those meds would not have been good for me after I told my PCP what he said. He does not listen well at all. Come to find out after the correct test were ran from another neurologist all I have is a tension headache. Would definitely not recommend him.

I went a few week ago to see Dr. Hasan, he was so kind, patient and really seem to want to get to why I was having these bad migraines everyday. I had a brainwave and blood work done and when I called to schedule to come in for my results, I was told they no longer took my insurance. I talked to Carmeshia who is so rude, unprofessional and the worst person I have ever come across in a doctors office. She kept interrupting me and saying you keep repeating the same thing over and over. I just want my results, I even said if it’s about money I will pay because I need to know what is going on with these migraines everyday. Carmeshia started yelling and talking to me so rudely, I had to hang up. He needs to get rid of her before she runs all his patients away.

On August, 25 2021 I went to see Dr. Syed S. Hasan for my initial neuro visit. The visit far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Hasan was respectful, professional, sincere, and was a good listener, during the visit. I was very comfortable during the exam. He focused on the reason for me come to see him. He answered all of my questions, with a caring spirit. It was easy to make an appointment to see him. The wait wait time was short I saw the physician within 30minutes. At the conclusion of the visits he expressed his concerns about my neuro problems and ordered diagnostic studies to be done immediately. Which I have initiated. The office staff was great efficent and very professional. I enjoyed my visit inspite of not feeling well. I left the office feeling that I had received 5-Star Outstanding Customer Service from Dr. Hasan and staff.

Great doctor! My 1st visit, great bedside manor. He took his time, was genuinely concerned for my well being. Ordered necessary test, and medications. I would refer anyone that hasn’t had success with other neurologist to get a second, 3rd, or 4th opinion if necessary. Don’t settle for the rest till you find the best. #livingw/chronicpain #migraine #seizures #manageyourlife

My visit with Dr. Hasan was thorough, informative and positive. However the office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The billing specialist Cameshia is the rudest person I've ever seen in a doctor's office. I informed the doctor about her attitude and he told me he know they need to hire more people. I never received an apology from anyone but I was expecting an apology from the Dr especially since she works for him. I do not reccomend going to the Stockbridge location. Also check out the reviews in Google.......AWFUL!!!! I do think Dr. Hasan is a good doctor but it's not worth the headache going there.

Dr. Hasan has been treating my grandmother for almost 10 years. I have always appreciated the extra time he spends explaining any medical issues or answering any questions related to her health. I also appreciate his willingness to research available treatment options and then explain them to our family. In regards to wait time, I recognize that he gives each patient the same high quality of care that he has always provided to us. A wonderful doctor that is worth the wait.

I have been taking my Mother to Dr. Hasan for years and he has provided excellent care for her. I have recently been having terrible problems with migraines and went to him and he is the only one I have been to that has gotten them under control with the first medicine we tired. I am so grateful for his help and getting my life back to where I can now function. Thanks Dr. Hasan I don't know what I would have done without your help. Sincerely, Brenda Gail Holmes
