Never Answers Messages, Cancels Appointments
Telehealth
I don’t recommend seeing Madiha. I mention things I want to look into and she just passes over it. If you send her messages regarding anything she never answers?? She cancelled my appointment five minutes beforehand, said she was going to open up a time slot for me later and never did. Sent her three messages since (it’s been five days now) and she just has never answered me. Madiha stressed in our last appointment that I have to make sure i’m taking my medicine and can’t stop cold turkey bc it will mess with the chemicals or whatever it’s called in your brain, then proceeds to literally ghost me ??? So unprofessional. I didn’t want to leave a review but the fact that she said she was going to open a time slot for me and then never answered is absolutely ridiculous. I heard that a lot of psychiatrists do this and i’m still surprised. Maybe don’t ghost your patients who deal with massive amounts of anxiety.
