Worst experience of my life. Coming to terms with your child having possible delays is heartbreaking, than to be mistreated. Abused and disregarded by staff at this disgusting facility has shown me why government run programs can not be trusted with your precious children's care. Lupita a receptionist hung up on me after I told her I couldn't hear herspeaking to me although I could hear her speaking to other people flipintly and fidginting around. It just doesn't get any better than Dr. Rice. She's been my daughter's specialist since 2014 and even after we moved to Phoenix we refuse to change doctors. She's amazing and I don't know what we would do without her.
