It has been a pleasure having Dr. Butts as my ENT doctor. In my first visit with Dr. Butts, she made me feel comfortable with her warm, friendly bedside manner as I explained the symptoms of my condition to her. I was extremely impressed with her thorough explanation of my condition as she examined me. At each stage of her examination, she was courteous and reassuring and discussed treatment options for my condition with me. Dr. Butts also sent a follow-up message to check in on me to see how I was progressing. This was a nice personal touch that I appreciated very much. Dr. Butts is the consummate professional that I would highly recommend to friends and family.
