He was my PCP but he was never available when I need to see him, always seen by someone else. I recently called the office due to arm pain and instructed to visit as a walk-in. Triaged and told the doctor was too busy for a walk in and suggested scheduling an appointment. I did just that but again my PCP was not available. Showed up at 15 minutes prior to app. Wait in patient room for 1 1/2 hours, walked and went to ER. Changing PCP tonight. Can't give him positive reviews, I have never met him
