Terrible Provider
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, so I was surprised by the actual visit with Dr. Yenduru. Condescending about the treatment for my condition, there was incredible bias, plus she does not listen or consider the medical chart information or what led you to the visit. A former review indicated an 'angry' approach, while I didn't get that emotion, I received several others i.e. argumentative, insulting remarks etc. I've never had a bad experience with a PC, this was absolutely terrible. She refused to prescribe medication that required pre auth because of the inconvenience to her. The list of not great service is endless. I'm a doctor in a different field and I was appalled.

Awful healthcare provider. Not sure why her reviews are so high. Rushed our visit and never gave me information on the patient portal that was available for me. At the time, I urgently needed a bunch of paperwork and exams to be cleared to begin my paramedic rotations at school. I came by the office at least three times in the time span of two weeks to pick up paper work that was missing. Before coming in a third time, I was told by a newer receptionist to come in again the next day at a specific time. When I came in, I was greeted with extreme hostility and arrogance by Dr. Yenduru and her staff. She stormed into the patient waiting room and in front of everyone she angrily questioned why I was there and after I responded she told me she didn’t want me coming back into the office again and that I need to use the patient portal for further requests. I was never made aware that there even was a patient portal. I walked out of her office crying and ended up going to an urgent care and paying out of pocket for the remaining exams I needed because I was so embarrassed of the way I was treated. During this time of my life I was suffering from extreme anxiety and depression. This treatment was unacceptable and made my mental health so much worse. I only grew the courage to go see another provider two years after this incident once I graduated paramedic school. The only good thing that came out of this experience is that I now know what kind of health care provider I NEVER want to be. It’s too bad they don’t teach carisma in medical school!
