Not understanding of older women's issues
I had concerns about menopause symptoms. After my blood tests came back, i had to call to get results. the staff was dismissive. Just 'yes, you're in menopause'. I later discussed HRT, but Dr. Patel was very dismissive of my symptoms. I also wanted to get all my hormones checked and her answer was 'we don't do that'. I guess she's more interested in delivering babies.

Dr. Patel is not personable and made me feel like a number. She was helpful in giving feedback after I shared with her my lab results from my PCP but she lacked empathy and personable interactions. It would help if she were personable, less rigid, and more friendly especially to new patients, which I was. When she left the room, she seemed annoyed and ready to get the day over with. No thanks for visiting and look forward to seeing you at your next visit. She almost had an arrogance and I was completely turned off. Then to add insult to injury, I receive an electronic summary of my visit which mostly consisted of information I shared with her from my PCP. Very odd visit and I will be finding another OB/GYN.

Dr Patel is simply Amazing!!She was my Dr from the point of pregnancy and delivered my baby as well. My overall delivery experience was a great due to her and staff's close monitoring. She is very kind and caring.

Dr. Patel is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable doctor. I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. I am pleased with all the people that I meet at doctor's care. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Thank you so much for providing such wonderful care! Highly recommended!

Dr. Patel is simply amazing. She listens, she actually cares about her patients, she is extremely knowledgeable. Unlike other dr.'s she does not rush you at all and she is a very friendly person. I'd recommend her any and everyday.

Very concerned about my condition and made the appropriate recommendations. We were very impressed with her delivery of my first child. It was an emergency situation and she did everything right.
