Cares about her patients
Went in for a routine colonoscopy and Dr. Reddy and all the medical staff we patient, friendly and reassuring. I mentioned I had just had a recent test a few days before that didn't have anything to do with the colonoscopy, but she was able to access the results and request approval for a follow up test and get it approved by my insurance before I heard anything from my primary care provider. That's a Doctor who cares and is a problem solver. Even when it's not her problem.

Always a good experience!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Reddy for a number of years and have always found her to be compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled. I do have one backward compliment…I don’t want to recommend her anymore because it’s just too hard to get an appointment!

Dr. Reddy saved my life! Nobody likes a colonoscopy but the staff and nurses at Oregon Clinic Newberg were top notch. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. Early detection is key for colon cancer. Dr. Reddy is one of the best doctors, kind and caring and willing to take time with questions.

My virtual visit with Dr. Reddy was very helpful. She was engaged and informative. My issue is with the Oregon Clinic "in general" as they were incredibly difficult to contact and do business with. I tried on several occasions and waited on hold for more than 40 minutes just to reach an operator. After that, I was told a scheduler would call me back. There were numerous response gaps of more than a week. I finally decided to schedule with a different medical group because the Oregon Clinic personal were so unhelpful. This is not a reflection on Dr. Reddy; I'm sure she's great as a professional. But the support system and patient experience at Oregon Clinic does not reflect that professionalism.

I had a virtual appointment for a consultation with Dr. Swapna, which was the first time I had seen her. I was very impressed with her friendliness, professionalism, thoroughness, and knowledge. She had obviously reviewed my medical history prior to my appointment, which was of great help. Dr. Swapna listened very intently, answered all of my questions, and provided all of the information I needed for an upcoming procedure I needed.

Dr. Reddy saved my life, If I went untreated I most likely would have died. I was slowly shutting down. I was being treated for something I did not have, she Found this got me in the ER room with a great surgeon, cleaned me up with minimal surgery, and I will be so forever grateful .

I have recently been seen by a Dr. Swapna Chennareddygari. I wonder if this is the same physician? If so, I found her exam to be very limited with not even a superficial diagnosis. I am in a skilled nursing facility, one of many this doctor visits. Perhaps the problem is because she only visits the facility once every two weeks and is an internal medicine specialist, instead of being Board-certified in any other medical specialties, such as Orthopedics, Cardiology, or even General or Family Medicine. It does not appear that she is currently practicing at The Oregon Clinic, but instead at Marqius post-op rehab facilities in Portland. If this is not the same person. please ignore this review.
