Avoid her like the plague! Worst medical professional I have ever dealt with. Zero compassion, zero bedside manner, tests you like an inconvenience and it’s obvious she hates her choice of profession. Spent under 10 minutes with me, made me feel very insignificant and sent me across the street for blood work. Waited SIX MONTHS to be treated like garbage and get no answers or help.

She has no compassion. She treats you as if you are lying to her or you are a drug seeker. I will never recommend this office. I will never return. If you have options please go somewhere else.

I guess if you really needed to get in somewhere, seeing a doctor with very poor bedside manner is better than not seeing one at all? Staff were nice but said they almost cancelled my appt since it wasn't confirmed, even though it was. Paid in full, out of pocket, then received another bill in the mail that I didn't understand. When I called to ask about it & tell them my experience wasn't great, they just dropped the bill. Felt financially taken advantage of.

Her office is staffed with friendly caring people. When you walk in you feel like you have known these people for years. Dr Zorn is very knowledgeable and understanding to your issues and what needs to happen to resolve them. It was a joy meeting them and having her resolve the pain issue!! It's like family!!
