When I made my first appointment I asked if I was going to be seen by the actual doctor. Long story short I was seen by her Mickey Mouse nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner, came late and with her son. I could hear her scrambling into her office. 30 minutes late she walks in to see me asking what’s going on. I had given the front desk my medical history file. She didn’t bother looking through my records. When I asked her to look at my records she was flustered and gave me an attitude, said she wanted to hear it from me. Then she started to look at my records. She should have arrived early to review my records and settle her son on her own time. She didn’t give me a gown and step out: instead she had me undress and she quickly checked my stomach and breasts. I already know my diagnosis. She was trying to diagnosis me with something different. She wasn’t professional. It was a total waste of my time. Aida/nurse practitioner was very unorganized, not confident, and unprofessional.

Dr Fussell is a great doctor although she always has a lot of patients she takes the time to answer all your questions. She also see my Mom who worries a lot and always is immediately responsive.

Dr. Fussell spent less that 5 minutes with me. I have been to her clinic 3 times to address the same problem. I saw her once and her husband twice. All three times they wanted me to get up on the bed for a PAP smear. I've had a hysterectomy. Hello. All 3 times they were in such a hurry they did not want to take time to listen to me. They were not even curious about why I needed them. They gave me the bum's rush and blood tests. My problem is serious but they could not care less.
