Great experience!
Dr. Austin is a wonderful doctor. She is super friendly, knowledgable, kind and she really cares about her patients. I'm thankful to have found her through my insurance and I'm fortunate to have her as my primary care physician. Dr. Austin also has a wonderful team of staff, they are super friendly and they work very hard at their job given how difficult it must be to deal with insurance companies all day. I appreciate that Dr. Austin is an Apple product fan as I am an Apple super fan myself. Just in case anyone is wondering, Dr. Auston takes Santa Clara Family Health Plan (or Medi-Cal) and this is wonderful because she is such an amazing doctor. I do believe that you have to select her as your primary care physician first, and then wait until she is officially assigned to you, and also wait until you get your insurance cards, before scheduling your first appointment, though I could be wrong. Dr. Austin is available for appointments Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I never have a

My visit with dr Austin was wonderful I left my previouse Dr because they didn’t care they would talk about me not knowing I was there always reminding me what are you here for we have 15 min that’s all nothing like Dr Austin she kind caring patient and listen to me most of all helps me I do recommend her to my family we need more doctors like Sr Austin

I have been to Dr. Autin's office twice, neither time did I even talk with her. I talked to her nurse practitioner who I can barely understand. It took over two months to finally get an appointment with an Orthopedic Surgeon. Three times I was sent to the wrong address. Two times I was given an appointment with doctors who didn't even deal with what I needed to see them for. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this doctor and her staff. I'm looking for a new doctor.

I enjoy going to see Dr Austins PA's they are very good with patients. I feel that Dr. Austin needs to step up her people at the desk to smile in the morning etc. At times it's not a friendly atmosphere.
