Lack of empathy . Also dismisses patients feelings and just passes on judgement while laughing do not go to her if you have anxiety or depression.

I highly recommend Dr. Voekler as my primary care physician. She is renowned in the area for her founding of the "Christian Free Clinic of Botetourt".

I highly recommend Dr. Voekler and her staff at the Bonsack clinic. Dr. Voekler has been treating me for several years and is a physician who listens, who is thorough in her examinations and her understanding of symptoms and treatments. She is willing to accept my idiosyncrasies and work with me on both medications and treatments. Her gentle manner and persuasive, intelligent conversations both soothe and make even the most nervous patient relaxed and confident in her prognoses and treatment. I would not have another physician and consider myself lucky to have found her.

Dr. Volker is my family physician. She listen and provides fantastic health services. I highly recommend Dr. Volker for her professional demeanor.

Does not resolve problems. Tells me to call and make an appointment with dermatologist but when called I was told I needed a referral. The next time I brought up the problem, I had been using a medication previously prescribed for another issue that seemed to be working but had been used up. She then told me to use an over-the-counter cream that did not work. I am still dealing with the same problem and reluctant to see her again.

Dr Voekler listens to the patient's concerns. She has been my primary care physician for 18 years and I have been pleased with her care.

This visit was much better than the last. I felt Dr. Voekler took the time to listen to me. My biggest concern with her is I feel she tends to dismiss my discussion of my problem making me feel as if she knows more about how I feel than I do.

We have visited the clinic with more than one problem for a sick visit, Dr. Voekler was very patient and took time to address all of them and was very professional. Her office staff were prompt with phone calls and the floating nurse Shanna was very nice and thorough.

The entire staff at this clinic are very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Voekler is thorough in her exam. She listens intently to all being said and explains everything in a clear way.

Dr. Vokler takes time to hear and address your issues. During last visit she took time to go over all information from two specialist that she scheduled for me during first visit. Office staff and nurses are very friendly and professional.
