No recommended-no empathy
I would not recommend this provider based on their interactions. She was blunt, difficult to speak too, cold and unfriendly. She may be knowledgeable but in all honesty with neurological issues I want someone to be patient with me and not forceful. Can’t recommend at all.
What went well
  • Staff friendliness
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
What could be improved
  • I didn't feel respected
  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
  • Long wait times

Dr Seeger is the best neurologist I have seen. She is kind and thoughtful. She takes the time to listen and thoroughly explain things. She always has a plan for how to manage care. It’s very hard to actually see her but I feel very fortunate that she is my doctor.
