Dr. Susana May, MD

Promise me when I tell you, do not go to her! She would always tell her office staff 'schedule her to come back in a week.' Then, things seemed off. She complained about me 'always' scheduling appointments. I told her well you told your office staff for me to come back in a week or two. Sometimes I would arrive or be close and get a call that she would need to reschedule. Happened 2-3 times. I was like alright, stuff happens. One day I got that call that something happened, she'd be late. She told her staff for me to wait. I waited over an hr. She comes in, flustered, and goes straight to her office. As I entered to ask why she won't see me because she told her staff for me to wait. She slammed her door in my face and said she needs to see other patients, and for me to go away. She said degrading things. Told me she doesn't want me as a patient. Today she told me she cant be my provider, to find someone else, to leave her office, and no refunds for months I paid her. So much more

Had a confirmed appointment and when I showed up was advised that the doctor was not there and they didn’t show the appointment in their system even though I had a screenshot of confirmed appointment. Receptionist seemed clueless and I found her anything but customer friendly. The doctor who I was confirmed to see was not here and I was advised that I would have to see a nurse at this facility. I don't recommend this doctor or facility and don’t appreciate my time being wasted and being delayed when I am trying to get prescriptions issued.

This Dr has the most unprofessional services, documents with patients information and results of testing are all over the place. Anyone can be peeking at documents. Anyone can just walk to the front desk and grab charts that exposed Patient diagnosis etc. Not secure protecting patient's privacy. DO NOT GO THERE.

I would Highly recommend Dr.May. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate. Just one great doctor

My husband and I travel 6 hours to see Dr May. We have lived all over Florida and am so glad we found such a thorough and compassionate practitioner to take care of us!

This place is a joke. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist asks what's the issue. I tell her I'm having some wheezing and bad coughing, she tells me 3 weeks for an appointment. When I get to the office the receptionist who is very unfriendly had me waiting almost 45 minutes before she told me my visit was going to cost $200. I called my insurance company and they said my copay should be $15. They are scam artists!!! Do not go here!!

After several recommendations, we were lucky to find Dr. May. She is one of the smartest and kindest docs my family has ever had! She continues to take care of us and supports my wife with a difficult situation and all of her referrals are top notch. Dr. May always gives us as much time as necessary in the exam room. She is not in her practice for money. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
