Dr. Susan Ziglar, MD

She has retired but I am desperately hoping she will return to medicine. She was my mother’s doctor at a time many didn’t have time to deal with her health issues, but Dr Ziglar made the time. She was the most thorough md we had ever seen. My 78 year old mother was in and out of the hospital with recurring UTI’s and she prescribed a very “old fashion” combination of Vitamin C and Methenamine which turns to formaldehyde in the bladder killing the bacteria. Praise God we have been months without a UTI. A urologist would have put her through countless test and probably more hospital stays and may have possibly never put her on this very simple medication. They never tried it for my grandmother. Anyway she also helped her get off of some of her meds that were unnecessary and causing some of her issues. She called me to check on her all the time after hours and once called me on a Saturday because she had been reviewing her records and had a concern. She is an example of a true doctor.

I finally find the best doctor in my life to only find out she is leaving. She is VERY thorough and explains everything in layman’s term. I hate to see her go

Had my first visit with Dr. Ziglar last week and it was the most thorough first visit I have ever had. Dr. Ziglar asked questions and listened to the answers with comments and suggestions. Really appreciated that. Think we will deal well together in the future.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Ziglar today and was very pleased. The office staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Ziglar listened, was nonjudgemental in her approach and answers. By the way, her nurse gave a great Tetanus booster....this old nurse didn't even feel it1

She misinterpreted my labs and was ready to medicate me for a condition I do not have. Strangest physical in my life. She never listened to my heart or abdomen. She told me when I scheduled my mammogram to "be ready for surgery, chemo and radiation" because of my age. That's like saying if you get in your car in the parking lot be ready to die. Looking for a new doctor!

Dr. Ziglar easily the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of working with. She is caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, professional, supportive and overall just a phenomenal and incredible doctor. She helps to explain her rationale behind her decisions and takes a personal interest in you. She truly cares about your wellbeing and doesn’t rush you through your appointment as if she is crunching numbers and you’re a hassle. She is such a wonderful and amazing doctor and I have never before met a medical professional who cared half as much and willing to work with you to help you find solutions. Doctor Ziglar, you are simply magnificent and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done, for all of your help and for inspiring me to strive. -Michelle

Dr. Ziglar is my pcp. She is the absolute best doctor ever. Tells you like it is and that’s what I always want in a doctor.

Dr.Ziglar was a good doctor she was the best really do miss her wish she didn’t leave she was very friendly she would sat and tell you everything that was wrong with you she always had s smile on her face I wish she would come back she always expected things to you and she would always listen to what you had to say

Dr Ziglar was my dads dr for years. He loved her! When he had concerns she addressed them attentively and worked like a bulldog until she found a cause for them. She diagnosed his non Hodgkin’s lymphoma and was the only Dr who was up front and honest with me in the end.

Dr. Susan Ziglar has been my Doctor for a while with a professional straight forward demeanor in care of my well-being! My good health can be attributed to her great care and advice!

My first impression of Dr. Ziglar was exactly what I was looking for in a Doctor she is very down to earth and doesn't talk over your head with medical terms. I was really pleased with the New Patient well visit that took at least an hour to complete which as far as I am concerned is unheard of these days.
