Terrible
Unfriendly. Would not answer any questions. Very unpleasant. She didn’t tell me what my bump was. She drained it and said she injected it with something that would keep it from coming back. Three days later, the bump is back.

Very bad people skills. Totally confused me. Didn't allow me to ask questions. Extemely hurried. It was disturbing. Her P.A., however, finally explained things to me after several visits. She too was very brief.

Arrived at office at 2:00pm, to do new patient paperwork appointment was supposed to be at 3:00pm sat until office closed at 5:00pm Dr. Never showed, went to receptionist to ask where the Dr. Was, and was treated rudely and told to call following day, when I called I asked for new apt. Was put on hold for a min, and then told since I was upset the previous day she wasn't going to see me, because it likely upset the other patients in the lobby, even though the last patient left from seeing another Dr. 30 min previous, I and one receptionist were the only two left when I asked about Dr. When I was told to call the next day I did push the door open harder than I normally do but it wasn't violent and didn't make any noise or hit the stop it just opened quickly, so I was told not to come back the. Next day. My dislocation has since painfully healed out of the socket and is now useless.

I have had a very good experience with Dr. Williams and her staff as well as the mercy medical hospital. It is twelve hours after my total hip replacment and i feel great and look farward to the future. I would not go anywhere else or have any other surgeon do this type of surgery or any for that matter...it came from the way she read my xrays and gave me a cortisone shot straight into my hip...very very efficient two years later hear i am all fixed and feel great...thank you Dr. Williams

Dr. Williams performed an anterior hip replacement for me on 22 Feb 2018, just 2 weeks & 5 days ago. I am 75 years old and I am already walking perfectly well, with no aid of any sort. Dr. Williams is a state-of-the-art surgeon. I would not go to any other Dr.

Dr. Williams has been my doctor and my daughters doctor. Me she did a hip replacement and my daughter knee surgery. I went into hip surgery with a lot of pain and came out with nothing. It was the best thing I ever did. My daughter has had knee surgeries and it has always been a success. Dr. Williams is very compassionate towards her patients. She is a FANTASTIC surgeon with great technique in her work. I would recommend anyone to her at anytime. I am now taking my husband to her as well

She’s very quick, so you have to be ready with your questions or she’s gone. She performed a trigger finger release surgery and 2 months later I still can’t close my fist. She didn’t tell me in advance of the procedure that I had to remove all jewelry which caused me to re-schedule the procedure because I had to have a ring cut off an adjacent finger. Would have been good to know in advance. Also, there was no mention in advance that I might need PT after the procedure. Again, no communication.
