Dr. Susan Wasserman, MD

Dr. Susan Wasserman is intelligent, thoughtful, thorough, looks thru all tests and reviews everything on each office visit which is very comforting to know she looks at all tests done by other doctors so that she is truly interested in the care we are receiving and she is quite spot on with all results. Never met a more caring and understanding doctor. I cannot praise her enough!!

I have been seeing Dr. Wasserman since 2002 and she has provided my sister, Dad and I with excellent care. Dr. Wasserman took the time to call me after 9 PM one night to go over my blood. She has answered all of my questions and concerns especially during COVID. I will continue to see her. She is rather busy so I made my appointment at the time of my last visit so that I know I have it. The wait time wasn't too bad about 15-20 minutes

Awful administration. For the past 5 weeks I got numerous back and fourth phone calls from Dr Susan Wasserman's office just to get an appointment. They kept calling me and couldn't get my information or appointment straight. Finally a month before my appointment they call and say they cant take me bc I have Medicaid. I was like no I dont, i have original Medicare and the Medicaid is part B, its for the hospital. It has nothing to do with doctors that take original Medicare. They went ahead and canceled my appointment with out settling this with me or speaking to a hire up. I even called my insurance and they said the doctor should have no problem taking you. That the doc can just ignore medicaid part like all your other doctors are doing now. Terrible admins, very unorganized. Bad experience. It took me forever to get an endo appointment now I have to search for another doc.

Dr. Wasserman is one of the most compassionate doctors and very thorough. Takes an extraordinary amount of time discussing and typing most everything I say into her computer for the record. Recommends many medications to help relieve symptoms of concern. I've been a patient of her's for many years.

In My mothers second to last visit to Wassermans, My mother was scared and confused about Graves' disease and had questions to ask Wasserman. When my mother needed Wasserman most, in her time of need, to ensure her the disease was mild which it WAS Wasserman was to in a rush to even COMFORT HER. She told my mother she was asking TO MANY questions?!? I dont even want to share with the reader, the MONSTER Wasserman made my loving mother feel like that day, I am disgusted to Call Wasserman a doctor

Simply put, Dr Wasserman saved my wife's life. She saved my boys mom and she allowed us to remain the family that we are. Going beyond the dozens of other doctors we saw, she found the answer to a 1 in a million question. all the other doc's knew everything and did nothing for us. Dr. Wasserman, did the opposite. She recognized a rare condition and went out and found the answer. We would have lost her without Dr. Wasserman. She is our hero. Love the Fabs.

Susan is one of the most, if not the most, attentive doctors I know. Her concern for her patients is genuine and she spends an unusual amount of time with you when you have an appt. I am also a physician and refer my patients to her and her partners with supreme confidence they are getting the best care
