Dr. Susan Trachman, MD

Dr. Trachman is a Brilliant and inspiring woman. She is an excellent psychiatrist. However, she can be quite cold. She refused to treat me because my case became too much, and convinced my therapist to do the same, to make it so I had no choice but to go to a treatment center which she had been pushing me to do. So I was left without a psychiatrist and a therapist, and all I had was a garbage-quality treatment center. While she was treating me she was outstanding and I will always be grateful for the experience I had as her patient. She listened to me more than any other psychiatrist I’ve had, (I’ve had 6) and she effectively treated my conditions. She can read her patients like a book and is excellent at diagnosing. Overall I would highly recommend, despite having that negative experience.

Dr Trachman has diagnosed me after 20 years of suffering . She is responsive and easy to talk to .

Susan Trachman has been great! She really took time to listen to my problem and help finding my solution to my disease. I am sad that people leave negative reviews when all she is trying to do is her best at her job. She even give business cards I love the old fashion ways. Maybe just cuz I am 31 and have issues it’s ok everyone has issues.

I called Dr Trachman after seeing her profile on Google. She agreed to see me and began helping me with severe depression symptoms. She is easy to talk to, she is direct so you understand what approach she is taking and she has significantly helped me manage my mental health

Dr. Trachman came highly recommended thus I was highly disappointed in her rude, impersonal approach. Please keep looking, there are much better psychiatrists out there.

I usually do not write reviews but my experience with Dr. Trachman was so positive I felt the need to share ! When I left her office after my first vist , I felt such a weight off my shoulders and so confident about my “treatment plan” . It’s hard to find a doctor that you trust and feel comfortable with especially when u feel like they are actually on your team! Highly recommended!

The Doctor is a straight up con artist. She took me in and insulted me with saying "Oh, Your one of his." One of his what? She looked at the medications I was already on, I was transferring doctors, and said "I don't even know what this is. I can not prescribe it." Long story short this woman may be helpful for some but don't count on her doing her job. In the end she gave my father an ultimatum. She'd refill what she "Could" for $380 or we walk Benzo not mood stabilizers were filled.

Dr. Trachman has been amazing. I have been to four previous psychiatrists and tried dozens of anti-depressants -- all of which had extremely negative side effects. Dr. Trachman listened, did important test and recommended the first anti-depressant that I have tolerated and is working. I am grateful beyond words and cannot recommend her highly enough.
