This was the worst Dr during my father’s hospital stay! And we had a lot of Drs. Short and sweet, Upon discharge and asking for clarification on continuing concerns and potential for reoccuring issues, Her final words to us on discharge were “he’s old and has a lot of health problems, nothing more I can do”, throws her hands up and walks out of the room. We had the same experience as all the other negative reviews.

Please, Lord, never again!
Dr. Sun 'interacted' with me (honestly, I cannot use the words 'cared for' or 'treated') at Marin General. I don't think the care was good at all. And it was completely, totally, appallingly devoid of any human kindness. From now on, I will gladly pay the ambulance out of pocket to bring me to CPMC or UCSF hospitals. The experience was that bad.

Dismissive and rude
My husband was hospitalized for dizziness and we were terrified that he had had a tia or stroke. We had learned of some disturbing findings on his mri from a kind nurse but when dr. Sun came by today she said the mri was “fine” so if we hadn’t known to ask her —at which point she got snippy— we would have lost an opportunity to learn important things about his health. Really irresponsible. Everyone else at Marin gen was terrific so this was quite a surprise.

Yikes
This doctor needs to check her anger at the door when she goes to work. She’s pretty harsh. I think she has a really tough job, but the other doctors at Marin General managed to do the work while being kind and thoughtful. I’m not sure if she can do the same

Condescending and cold
Dr. Sun was the hospitalist when my mom was in the hospital. She was nasty and condescending to my mother at every juncture. She was even worse with me. Didn’t really want to pursue any tests or treatment till another doctor weighed in. My mother was in excruciating pain and had signs of pulmonary distress.
