My teenage daughter was very nervous and self-conscious for this appointment and the doctor was not personable or reassuring at all. She seemed to be in a hurry, talked so fast that ours heads were spinning, spent very little time with us. We barely had a chance to ask any questions or discuss our concerns. When I did bring up a concern she seemed to just brush it off. She provided absolutely no instruction or education to my daughter. (I would have expected a professional to use this opportunity to teach the importance of skin care/sun protection???)

Staff is very rude and the turn over rate of the staff in the office makes it very clear that there are problems within the practice. She has a cold demeanor and seems uncaring to the point that she withdrew from my care in the middle of my cancer treatment.

Very rude staff and Dr. Spitzler has a rather poor bedside manner. I got the feeling she doesn't care about the patient, but is just cashing a check. It appears much of the surgical work is farmed out and over the years it is a rotating door for doctors and office staff.

My family had been going to Susan for many years, but things have gone from good to bad recently. The staff is often rude and the friendliness that we used to experience is now nonexistent. I am changing doctors because I feel the atmosphere is cold and impersonal. Treatment became average and I felt as though I was putting them out by coming in for treatment. This practice seems to operate like everything is just routine and the patients have no feelings, but are just a source of money.
