Although Dr Scheartz has retired, I would like to add to some similar reviews I just read on here. I completely trusted Dr Schwartz got 17 years. I was devastated when I heard she was retiring, now I wish she had retired years ago. I have been complaining each year about severe cramps and strange bleeding. She just kept assuring me it was part of the mean pause process. How foolish I was to believe her. She obviously wasn’t listening. Now 4 months after seeing her last, I went to a dr who cares and find that I have to have a hysterectomy because of precancerous cells on a polyp on a uterus lining that was nearly 4x as thick as normal. I am guessing diagnosing this condition a couple years ago would have saved my female parts. She never even said let’s do an ultrasound. I’m so angry at her and her carelessness and it looks as if in not alone

I wish I could forget the day Dr. Schwarz told me I had cancer. She didn’t greet me in the hallway as she usually did. But once entering the room simply said, “Well, good news and bad news. After the ablation you don’t bleed heavily any more, right? But you have cancer.” How I wish I had brought my husband along. If only she could have showed a little empathy or caring. I barely made it driving home alone. I soon found from my oncologist that it was a big mistake for her to perform the ablation since it destroyed the information he needed to know the stage of my cancer. I stopped by once to speak with her and she wouldn’t see me. I would definitely not recommend her to anyone.

My PA referred me to Dr. Schwarz after I had an abnormal PAP smear. Before even examining me, Dr. Schwarz told me, or lead me to believe, that I had HPV. My initial PAP smear came back as NEGATIVE with HPV, and although Dr. Schwartz saw the results that said I was HPV negative, but that I DO have a LSIL, she only talked to me about HPV and nothing else. Long story short, after talking to me PA, I do NOT have HPV, and Dr. Schwarz didn't examine the LSIL like my PS requested.

Dr Schwarz is nice, but once it comes to problems...she is not a good Dr. After struggling with abdominal pain for so long I had to suggest to her that she had to do a laparoscopy to diagnose my issue_I suspected having endometriosis. She performed the surgery and found endometriosis and treated with laser (which is not the way that endometriosis should be removed). She made my endometriosis much worse and miss diagnosed me and suggested lupron treatment (which is not recommend for treating endo

Dr. Schwartz was the doctor on call after I had a laparoscopy and removal of an ovary due to severe endometriosis. She was very rude and didn’t listen to any questions I had. I had a fever 1 week after surgery and was concerned about infection. She berated me for 10 minutes and told me, “I don’t know, I’m not your doctor.” Later, my aunt told me Dr. Schwartz did her hysterectomy and said that “she hates working with young women trying to get pregnant.” It shows! No compassion, time to retire.

She is a great doctor. I just had my laparoscopic hysterectomy June 8, 2016.Everything was great. She took time to explain the treatment and all procedures to be done. She discussed thoroughly what my options are.She knows and confident in what she is doing.Thank GOD I met Dr. Susan Schwarz. She took care of me from the very start and gave me support and strength to go on with my surgery. As soon as I woke up from surgery I feel great ,recovery is good, perfect.I felt the concern that I needed.

I suffer from endometriosis, a disease with no cure, she told me a complete hysterectomy is a definitive cure for it which is false. She never answered all of my questions and I always felt rushed. Also, I feel like she is more interested in pushing medicines rather than finding the cause of problems. My new doctor found two conditions she missed because my complaints were never taken seriously, especially when it came to pain.
