Dr. Ritter was very nice during our appointments and performed an appropriate evaluation. However, she gave me her final diagnosis over email and did not respond when I tried to ask her clarifying questions. I felt that she did not take me seriously and did not respect me. I have multiple medical problems and have seen many specialists, but have never been treated with this kind of discourtesy.

I found Dr Ritter at the Brigham by chance, but was not disappointed. She was at the tail end of a number of specialty doctors I had been seeing to determine what was causing my health issues. Throughout it all she was great! She was thorough, easy to talk to and very informative in her medical field. I'm fine now, and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

I have been undiagnosed/ misdiagnosed for 13 years. One visit with Dr Ritter and I have answers. I got there early as I was traveling 2 hours and I was seen right away. Faster than I could even fill out my paperwork. She was thorough and kind. Informative. Very smart. Great bedside manner. For the first time I am hopeful.
