Dr. Pratt has been supporting our son who is on the spectrum for the last 10 years. The insight, support and recommendations that we have received have been extremely valuable and have been a large part of his success. We feel very fortunate to have found her. My son feels comfortable with her and feels positive and confident after his discussions with her.

We have been seeing Dr. Pratt for years. She is very patient and kind. I agree that appointment times are not set quickly, but I am not sure she is an urgent-care practitioner. I have no interest in changing my son's doctor and we are very pleased with her knowledge and mannerisms.

I was referred to Dr. Susan Pratt by my Primary Care Dr through my insurance. We got the referral a week ago. I've called EVERY DAY since then, attempting to make an appointment. Dr. Pratt won't answer her phone. She won't return my calls. My son is suffering in the meantime. :( I decided to go there today to try to get something accomplished. Nothing. The staff of ped that she shares an office with said she's just like that. I asked them to call. "Oh, she won't answer her phone." Incompetent!
