Dr. Susan Peeler, MD

I had been a patient for a few years but this time I found the office to be a little short with patients and Dr Peeler was not at all friendly, seemed very rushed and not at all personable. I was very disappointed.

Dr. Peeler was hands down one of the best doctor's I've ever met. She was concise and compassionate, as well as gentle. I'd highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Peeler told me I am just getting old when I asked about Hormone Replacement Therapy. She said maybe I need to see a s- counselor. I have bone issues and my RA dr said I would benefit. She was not receptive about this but reluctantly gave me a prescription. This was an awful appointment for no reason.

I have never written a bad review of a physician, and unfortunately see Many now in the care of Johns Hopkins. After both my GP and amazing Rheumatologist recommending Hormone replacement to help severe chronic pain stemming from a rare (undiagnosed at the time), horrible condition, Dr peeler stated she doesn't recommend it, I felt she was talking down to me like she was knew more than the other 2 Drs. i had seen numerous time trying to figure it out. Regardless of the fact it is now proven to help Many women. She then dismissed me with no further conversation reluctantly giving me the prescription for patches (which by the way, helped) I saw her one more time regarding pain from 2 vaginal birth tears causing scare tissue and a lot of pain! i had previously mentioned it. She was again dismissive and rushed me out of the appt. with NO post menopausal plan. I have never felt taken care of or felt i was given proper advise or insight. I gave it a few chances and now switching.

Dr. Peeler's office was recommended by a friend. My friend clearly had a different experience! After my experience, my friend has since sought care elsewhere. Her nurse and office staff were great. They were both personable and efficient. The office itself was esthetically welcoming and clean. Unfortunately that is were the positive ended. Dr. Peeler was downright rude and extremely condescending. Not only did she interupt my questions & rush me, she managed to make negative comments about my weight (all whopping 137 lbs). I was in for a yearly exam and to establish care as I had just moved to the area. She achieved the distinction of being the worst & most painfull gynecological exam in my life. Susan Peeler also has merited the ONLY negative physician review I have ever made! After establishing care with numerous physicians on 6 states, I can assure you that some have been less than stellar but she certainly takes the cake.

Dr. Susan Peeler and her team are amazing! I had recently moved to the area and was in need of a doctor I trusted. She listened to every single one of my concerns and provided me with the care I needed. She was quick to report my testing results and any questions I had through myChart.

The office is IMPOSSIBLE to reach...they don't let you leave a message and never answer the phone. It's very frustrating. I'm going elsewhere. She may be the best doctor around but if you can't reach her what good is it.

Dr Peeler is a professional, experienced physician with common sense and has a great bedside manner. She is thorough and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.... I expect knowledge and expertise.... everything she has.... I found my new OBGYN. She also has great staff. Thank you Dr. Peeler, Katie and staff.

Dr. Peeler was AMAZING! She was specific, professional and talked me through the exam. I have terrible “white coat” anxiety and while she was thorough, asked pointed questions for information, she was also extremely comforting.

I've been seeing Dr. Peeler for several years now, and have been very pleased with the quality of care. She demonstrates a compassionate, caring bedside manner and her entire staff is professional, responsive and highly competent.

The wait time was 45 minutes, so by the time I was seen, she was rushed and I felt like there should have been more time because it was my first visit. I called the following week to ask about test results and left 2 messeges. I am still waiting for a response after 1 week.

Dr. Peeler is the BEST! She shows genuine concern and she is also very thorough. She gives you all the facts so patients can make informed decisions. I would recommend her to anyone.
