Dr Novak delivered my two and four year old kiddos. She is so sweet and positive and happy. She is personable and brilliant

Worst OB I’ve ever had. Her inability to take care of me after my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage caused me to go to the hospital with sepsis. This office does not follow up with patients and makes excuses for not contacting you. They didn’t give me instructions on how to care for my body after my miscarriage and never scheduled a follow up appointment. Choose someone who puts your health first and takes the time to check on you and educate you. Thankfully, I went to the ER when I got really sick where I received the care I needed. I could have died if I didn’t. This traumatic pregnancy experience unfortunately was my first. Now that I know what I do and have a much better OB, I realize how insufficient her care was.

Dr Novak is professional, caring, and friendly. She takes time to discuss all options and answers my questions. I have confidence in Dr Novak’s expertise.

I was fooled by her good reviews! She was my doctor throughout my pregnancy and it was a horrible experience. Pros: she’s nice and office is clean Cons: she rushes through your apt and sees you for 2 mins and is on to the next EXTREMELY long wait times. I waited over an hour and a half to see her THREE TIMES. When you have an emergency even at 39 weeks like I did and call her office they send you to a nurses voicemail and you have to wait for the nurse to call back. I understand the concept but that shouldn’t happen during an emergency. She won’t do an ultrasound after 18 weeks. This was my first pregnancy and I wanted to see the baby during my third trimester and she would not do one when I asked multiple times. Then surprise, surprise during labor my baby was facing the wrong way and we did not know until I was pushing and ended up having to have a C section. She wrote a work restrictions letter totally opposite of what she had told me in her office.

This is not necessarily Dr Novak's fault but I am so disappointed in my experience today with the girl on the phone in charge of scheduling. I have been going to this office for 30 years but my physician (Dr Vanover) retired last year. A year ago I scheduled my annual exam for this June. I received a text today saying Dr Novak would have to reschedule. When I called the girl said there are no appointments available the rest of the year and I would have to see a nurse practitioner. I said I do not want to do that, I want to see a doctor, maybe I should look for a new physician. The girl said "OK, do that". I hate that the practice has gotten too big to care about the patients anymore

Dr. Novak is amazing! I look forward to my appointments with her. She is extremely personable, has great bed side manner, takes time to listen to what I say, responds on my level and is very quick and through.

Dr. Novak was recommended to me by some friends and I absolutely loved her! I was really sad that North Central Baptist dropped Tricare insurance. Dr. Novak's clinic happily accepts Tricare, but the hospital does not so I cried a little when I learned that she could not deliver me there. I highly recommend her though. She is very sweet and attentive!

Have been seeing her for many years. She's performed my annuals along with sugeries and even the birth of my son. She's so pleasant and such a blessing!

she's awesome! I'm 46 and done with kids, but I know a lot of women that use her as an obstetrician and love her, and for me, she's phenomenal! I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes to see her, office staff A+. I've had a couple of abnormal paps and she totally navigated the way. I trust her implicitly. My daughter is 18 is seeing her. No matter what your age or situation, she's fantastic. Never judgmental and you feel absolutely comfortable. The practice has a great rep for a reason
