Dr. Susan Mueller, MD

I felt like the entire visit was rushed!!! She doesn’t take the time out to answer any questions/concerns!!! O and don’t ever change services with her for another doctor! She will have to be asked would she consider taking you back as a patient! That was my answer! If I have to wait to see if a doctor would take me back as a patient then I don’t need her as a doctor!!!! A doctor is one who cares for people and their well being!!! Turning down past patients that never did anything wrong but seeking help from another doctor is not a reason to not take them back as a patient!!!

this was my first time seeing a gynecologist & getting a pap smear. it was HORRIBLE. i was in the room not even 5 minutes maybe. she came in, had me lay down, this basically shoved a q-tip in me. she didn’t give me a warning nor ask if this was my first time having this done!! everyone i talk to says it’s not bad but this HURT. she never used a speculum. after the appointment, i could hardly pee all day because it was so painful. it was like a UTI but way worse. it lasted 2.5 days to wear it physically hurt me to use the bathroom. my mom tried to call them the day after my appt (15 TIMES) & they never answered. i went because of terrible period cramps - was told to take pain meds & i said they do not help me. she told me to either get an IUD or the depo shot, no other recommendations, what could be wrong, nothing. i will not be going back to her & i do not recommend.

Nurses would come in, do vaginal tests but not tell me what they were doing or why- no explanation at all! Dr mueller was very rushed! I had questions but I couldn’t ask them because she would be out the door so fast. I began having gestational hypertension, dr mueller acted like it was my fault my bp was so high. She never treated bp and said she didn’t do that kind of thing but also never referred me elsewhere for it. I ended up in the emergency room twice, 2 separate occasions because my bp was so high and left untreated by dr. Mueller. After that I found a new doctor. Highly do NOT recommend!!! Go to anyone else!

I wouldn't give her a star, if I did not have to. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I went to her because she was highly recommended. She was very abrupt, the one & only time I saw her. No nurse in the room. She tapped my stomach & made a comment about me being "ripe". That was rude & unprofessional. She didn't look anything like the pic of her online.

Dr. Mueller was AMAZING! I will NEVER go to another OBGYN for the rest of my life! She delivered both of my babies.. one at 8 AM (2018) and one at 3 AM (2019). It meant a lot that she personally made me feel like a priority and was there for me throughout my whole pregnancy experience, beginning to end. She cares for you on a personal level and makes sure you're taken care of! Yes, she is quick during appointments because she personally sees all of her patients, unlike many other OBGYNS. But I always brought in a list of questions and she would answer all of my questions and concerns very thoroughly. I personally liked getting in and out and you usually dont have to wait for an appointment time unless there is an emergency. I had to wait twice for two different emergency C sections she was called to, but that confirmed to me that she was concerned about her patients in labor on a personal level. She didnt abandon them because she was busy elsewhere and that was comforting to know.

I loved Dr Mueller, and her staff! Everybody was so nice and welcoming! Will definitely return

If you want to wait in the waiting room forever only to be seen for three minutes or less, go to Dr. Mueller! You have to take a urine test every visit to make sure you're not on drugs...okay, got it. You're treated like a number, a paycheck. You feel very rushed, so any questions you may have had, you've probably forgotten because you're so frazzled by this.

There was no knock at the door. The Doctor never introduced herself. I was seen for approximately 4 minutes. This photo looks nothing like the doctor (she looked disheveled) she had shorter, darker hair. I was referred to her from a doctor an hour away with regards to menopausal / hormonal issues. They never took labs (I requested), didn't address my major hormone issues (dismissive). So frustrated that I spent a month feeling hopeful only to feel frustrated and left with zero help.

I absolutely love this place! We ended up coming here halfway through our pregnancy, because we wanted a change of scenery. The workers here are so welcoming and kind. We love the atmosphere!

I absolutely love this place and this doctor. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Everyone that works there takes the time to build a relationship with you. Dr. Mueller is a Godsend and is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is a wonderful doctor that is always wanting to know what more she can do to help you. Dr. Mueller delivered both of my children, Her bedside manor and expertise made both pregnancies/deliveries an incredible experience. There is no one else I would trust to be my OBGYN

I have been a patient of Dr. Mueller since 2009 & I wouldn't choose anyone else besides her! She has delivered 2 of my babies, held my hand during an emotional pregnancy loss, & has been with me every step of my current pregnancy! Her compassion for her patients, love for her profession, & commitment to her "job" has far exceeded all of my expectations over the past 8 years!

Dr. M was phenomenal through my entire pregnancy! I won’t let anyone else deliver anymore babies I may have in the future. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Mueller, She is hands down the best OBGYN I have ever gone to! Her practice is like family to me! They are very caring, loving and all about their patients and their health.

I could probably type paragraphs about how amazing this doctor and her staff are. Dr. Mueller has delivered both my children ages 3 and 4 months and guided me through tears and health issues with my miscarriage last year. I feel like I practically lived in her office for awhile and every single time she was there to great me and hug me. I could not ask for a better obgyn. They are the best!!

After five years of being a patient under Dr. Mueller, I was terminated without warning. To be fair, I had missed a few appointments but did offer to pay for each one. Dr. Mueller also prescribed my anti depressant and her office refused to refill it while I looked for another provider. She refused to even speak to me. Her office workers, Courtney and Renata, both were robotic in taking my calls concerning this. Dr. Mueller seemed to flit between patients toward the end and seemed rushed. SAD..

She is a really awesome Doctor. She is fast but with all the Tientsin she sees, she has to be. She does ask if you have any concerns or questions.

Dr. Mueller has cared for me for the birth of both of my children and I couldn't ask for a better physician! She has always gone above and beyond to care for me and my babies

Simply put Dr Mueller is the only person I trust full heartedly with all my OBGYN needs. From paps and yearly exams to pregnancy and childbirth she keeps you in the loop so to say about what she's doing. She has always answered any questions my husband and I had. Now you may have to wait a little longer than in other offices but I promise she's worth the wait.Every member of her staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. (including the lab which is great for a "fainter" like me)

Her office is a little more difficult to get into if you are just needing a yearly appointment, but if you are expecting, or trying to have children, she is amazing! I ended up in a C-section because my little one would not come out, but she did what she could and did an amazing job. Now I am expecting the next one and I am going to her in a few weeks. Not to mention, the staff has always been great!
