Dr. Susan Marcotte, DO

I'm disturbed that this so called doctor is still practicing. I had to drive my mother to her office after repeatedly attempting to call. My mother is going through cancer and has not seen her in weeks. She's in so much pain that she now thinks cancer metastasized to her hip bone. Still no word from the doctor so that means no one said anything about showing up with my mom and being turned away. Everyone already knows that she is never on time for an appointment so why could she not slip her in for a quick consult and maybe a Rx for the massive amount of pain she's in. She is always crying.

Very professional, caring and accurate in diagonosis. She spent a lot of time helping me physically and mentally with difficult medical issues.

I have even a patient of Dr Marcotte’s for 30 years. She has always been able to help me with accurate diagnoses. She listens to your concerns and treats you like a person not a number. Her staff is friendly and usually return your calls in a timely manner. She is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Marcotte tells her patients they are lying about pain. She is extremely Unprofessional.

Been seeing Dr. Marcotte for years. Mother and father in law are also patients.

expect to spend more time in waiting room then time spent with the doctor. when i did see her she said i'm doing well and didn't offer anything new. her students and nurses spent more time and were more helpful than the doctor. seems like a lazy doctor to me

She is one of the most caring and knowledgeable general practioners and really takes her time to work with her patients.
