Dr. Susan Klein has been my PCP for decades...however now she is unreachable by phone. I am unable to get new prescriptions for daily medications. She should refer us to another physician and all of my medical records are in her office which is closed....I would like to obtain them. Please advise.

I have been a patient of Dr. Klein's for many years, and my husband has as well. I have found her care to be competent, if less than attentive. However, she has now closed her office because of the danger of Covid -19. I understand and agree that this might be necessary for everyone's safety, but Dr. Klein has ceased to provide any kind of care to her patients at all. She doesn't respond to emails, or calls - and she is our primary care physician. She could consult by telephone and manage patients' prescriptions, but she has disappeared. Unconscionable. I am searching frantically for a new primary care physician, but don't know how we will transfer records or refill prescriptions when the time comes.

NEVER see Dr. Klein! I had an acute aortic dissection/open heart surgery in Dec. I almost died. She never put me on blood pressure meds. When I came to the office my pressure was always high I have family history. A sonogram of my carotid arteries, 40% blocked I should not worry unless 70% . I have anxiety, under a Drs care with meds 12yrs.All this is in my chart. I had to ask for chest X-ray, was a smoker, quit 13yrs. Her receptionist Rhona is nasty and rude!
