She had the worst bedside manner. Extremely rude doctor. Also, she asks same questions over and over again which shows she didn't even care to listen to my answers.

I have been a patient of Dr Hirsch for over 15 years and have had a wonderful relationship with her as my primary care doctor. Dr Hirsch is always in communication with me when I have concerns about my Health. In the month of December I contracted COVID as did my entire family and was call at my home during my recovery to see how I was doing. When I saw her in her office months after my recovery and losing my spouse to COVID, Dr Hirsh was very comforting and spent a great deal of time with me at my appointment. The staff in her office are always warm and welcoming to the patient's. I have never had such a great health care team as I do with Dr Hirsch and her staff.

I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Susan Hirsch for today almost 2 months ago. She came highly recommended by both my mom and stepdad. It’s almost a year now that I’ve had chronic pain in both knees and so far no one has been able to diagnose it. My mother insisted that if anyone would be able to get to the bottom of this, it would be Dr. Susan Hirsch because she is so thorough, will test for everything under the sun, and she is very charismatic. They both raved over how great she was so when I arrived to my appointment today, I was shocked that I was told by the receptionist that someone had left me a vm cancelling my appt 2 days ago! I never got a voicemail from anyone. In fact, I was receiving emails confirming the appt days before! (And even if they did leave me a voicemail, how unprofessional is it to cancel an appt 2 days prior to an appt that was made 2 months in advance?!) When I told the receptionist this and that I took a sick day from work to be here and drove 45 min, and t

I have been seeing Dr. Hirsch for about 20 years an have had a very positive experience up until recently. I am a 73 year old woman. I might have been exposed to Covid so I thought it best to get tested. North well facilities require a referral for tests so I called the office and left a detailed message with the service. No one got back to me. Rather than wait too long and risk exposing others I decided to go to another testing site (City MD). I called Dr. Hirsch's office again the next day and spoke to someone asking if they received the original msg and why I never got a call back. I did't hear back again. I called when I got the results to tell them I was negative for Covid and requested a call back. I didn't get that call back either. This may be the result of the messengers for Dr. Hirsch but nevertheless it's very concerning, Three calls during a pandemic with not one call back! I am seriously unhappy with this office.

I decide to see Dr. Hirsch. as my primary doctor, I really liked her and was confortable with her. I received several voice messages to call and scheduled a blood test in the AM. My appointment was confirmed by the office a day prior. I got to the office and after 45 minutes I ASKED WHAT WAS THE DELAY. They told me there was no appt for me I walked out never to return. I was so furous at the staff not letting me know this when I arrived instead of 45 MINUTES late very insutled unprofessional
