Dr. Susan Heasley, DO

She misdiagnosed my torn hip labrum and called me a liar and a drug seeker even though the wreck that caused it was well documented. She sent me out knowing I was self pay for a ridiculous $350 drug test that proved HER wrong and I fired her. My wife starting having a reaction to a prescription she put her on and she wouldn't respond to endless messages until her nurse told my wife that she personally would stop taking it. She has certainly caused great harm through her negligence let alone her lack of knowledge and professionalism. On a side note she told my now dead from pancreatic cancer wife that she was VERY healthy and would live to be old. I hold nothing but disrespect for this woman and her inability.

I am very happy with Dr. Heasley. She has always taken time to listen to my symptoms and concerns. She has worked with me on trying different treatments. I never have an issue getting an appointment. I have asked for her to give me an alternate prescription to try before the one she suggested, and she does not get offended. She allows me to have a say in my treatment, but also is firm where she needs to be. She did not shy away from addressing her concerns for me. Well-balanced.

The front office claimed there were no appointments for 2 weeks after my dad went to the ER for a severe headache/dizziness and was referred to get a MRI by the ER. We called every day leading up to the appt to check for a cancellation and they were unable to get him in. After hearing about his symptoms, Dr. Heasley was unhappy with the front office for not getting him in sooner. She said she would call him that day after getting the reports from the ER, she called 2wks later because she forgot.

Under no circumstances would I recommend her. Expects patients to rely on MyMercy. Good luck getting prescriptions called in.

If needed in emergency,forget.Try to get a hold of,or responds 20% of time.If you feel comfortable with her telling you she needs to google it!!!!!
