Awful Experience
I had an awful visit with Dr. Harwell. She spent maybe 7 minutes with me and discounted all of my systems. She told me I needed to work on my core. The office never called me about my blood tests. Finally received my results via mail because they claimed they couldn’t reach me……what???? They wanted me to make another appointment to go over my results - a month out. Horrible experience at this practice. Never went back! Would not recommend!

Dr. Harwell performs a complete exam and provides derailed explanations of my condition of psoriatic arthritis. She displays a real concern for her patients and has great empathy. I highly recommend her as she is the best doctor for me.

My visits with Dr. Harwell have been excellent. Her scheduling of appointments have been perfectly timed with need for follow-up on progress and changes in medications. Her explanation of changes in medications and lab test results are very effective and well communicated. Very pleased with the portal and her response over the holiday period. Her exams are very professional/ thorough and appointments are not rushed. I have and will highly recommend Dr. Harwell.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Harwell. Always takes time to listen, thorough exam and instructions of care. Always follows up on lab results quickly. Friendly and professional with a smile on her face. From my experience I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Harwell seems to really care about me as a patient and spends more time than most doctors I've had asking questions and really taking the time to listen. She is very knowledgeable in her area of expertise. My only complaint would be that I have had to wait a little longer than expected on a couple of visits due to her running behind schedule, but I think that's because she spends a few extra minutes with all her patients than most doctors do.

It's impossible to actually call and talk to anyone in that office. You are forced to leave a message and pray they call you back. And heaven forbid life should happen and you have to reschedule an appointment, she will drop you and then give you the run around, it doesn't matter if you need meds or not to work. She thinks every patient is irresponsible, she doesn't believe that my pain is real. You'll have better luck with acupuncture. Don't waste your money

I need to see a rheumatologist for a diagnosis and they won't even schedule an appointment until they can "review my records." They expect you get a diagnosis from a primary care doctor who may not really know before they will even see you. No thanks!
