Irresponsible
I have been her patient since 1988. She did not reply to two mid-afternoon weekday telephone messages which I conveyed as urgent and emergency. She acted irresponsibly. I think she is uninterested in her work and is treading water until her retirement date.

I complained to Dr Goidman about her not properly completing a prior approval request fit a prescription item. She replied “if you don’t like what I did find a new physician”. which is what I did. Dr. Goodman does not accept constructive criticism.

Dr. Goodman may be a highly skilled physician but she does not respond to insurance company requests requiring the patient to nag her. She responds to complaints about her not filling out paper work eith a suggestion you find another physician.

I was very disappointed by my appointment with Dr. Goodman. I paid out of pocket for the appointment and she was very rude and condescending. She actually told me she was not impressed by my labs. I went to her for help, not to impress her. She was abrupt and quick and of no help to me.

Dr. Goodman was an absolute savior for me. I was experiencing many different symptoms that presented as a possible systemic disease. I had seen several different doctors and plenty of tests. Dr. Goodman took plenty of time looking over my lab work as well as speaking with me about my symptoms. She made me feel very confident about my diagnosis and the plan for my future. She is an unbelievably bright woman who has compassion for her patients.
