She apparently either didn’t take notes or forgot to read her notes before my breast surgery (allergic to a certain substance) and left me at risk of infection… never told me or asked me about using the substance until I was hospitalized. Horrible experience

left me with buldges near elbow lower arms after 1 year no improvement. did not make a smooth liposuction appearance. one of my areolas is bigger that the other after a breast implant exchange and did not fix the capsular contracture that we agreed upon. two different sized breasts and a with the bracioplasty the arms look deformed. the office refused to take responsibility and fix the mistakes...

I saw her on August 1st and was tremendously impressed with her and her outstanding staff! Dr. Gannon takes the time to truly listen to you, and how rare is that in today's world! She is highly professional, personable and just took the best care of me! SHE IS TRULY ONE ALONE!!! So very glad my Dermatologist recommended her! I will be recommending her to everyone I know! BRAVO to her and her staff who were so friendly and helpful as well!

This is a public service announcement. I feel the need to warn others so they don’t end up like me. I had doctor Gannon perform rhinoplasty surgery on me in July of 2021. I wanted a narrower more feminine and less distracting nasal appearance, especially with the tip. As you can see from the photos nothing was improved or really even changed aesthetically. I also now have severe breathing problems on my left side after what she did to me. Even after ruining my nose and telling me that if I had further surgery with another surgeon I would end up, “Looking like Michael Jackson”; all I wanted from doctor Gannon was a refund so I could use it to help pay for my revision with another surgeon. It’s been two weeks since I requested a refund and no one has contacted me. I’m going through it right now because I need to fix my breathing issues but it is too expensive for me to afford it. I will not stop warning others about Dr. Gannon and the plastic surgery group until I’m compensated fairly for my pain, suffering, and so much time wasted.

Dr. Gannon is a wonderful Doctor and human being. She made me feel so relaxed about the procedure. She explained everything. She even sat down and talked about some personal things. In my eyes, she is the best. Her staff is amazing. I had the best experience with the surgery scheduler. Every time I had a question, she answered it in a professional way and also made me very relaxed about the upcoming surgery. All of the nurses were great and got back to you right away. I would not chose anyone else but the best Dr. Gannon

I have had to have several procedures with Dr Gannon due to cancer. She is an amazing surgeon and an even better human being. Can't say enough accolades!

I did not have a good experience with Dr Gannon. The whole ordeal felt very rushed, she didn't give input or suggestions when choosing a breast augmentation size. I told her I wanted to be a D cup, in response she handed me a box of all the implant sizes available and told me to pick one...I ended up a DDD with her never guiding me to choose smaller due to my desired end results. On top of that she left a stitch in that did not dissolve and caused one of the wounds to reopen. I had to travel over 2 hours to her office at least 3 times to be restitched. When I want on vacation, which was OK'd by her, I still wasn't healed. The wound opened again and you could literally see the implant hanging out of the wound. We had to end our trip early, come back and have the surgery on that side redone. I now could go on an episode of botched with the scarring and unevenness this left. Will be looking to have the whole procedure re-done but DEFINITELY no by her.

Dr. Gannon is very caring and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone....especially to women undergoing breast reconstruction. Dr. Gannon explains things and encourages questions. She is wonderful.

Dr. Susan Gannon is a supremely talented doctor with a vibrant personality. Very relatable and explains procedures thoroughly. I've been seeing DR. Gannon often on for over 10 years and feel blessed every time I leave the office. Doctors just don't come any finer!

She is by far the best surgeon I have ever met- are not enough words to describe how amazing or enough space here! Her heart is always in the right place, she shows care by partaking interest in your life- getting to know you. She is an amazing listener, especially great working with breast cancer reconstruction. As a RARE terminal breast cancer survivor, and thru the process of reconstruction and many implant exchanges-BEST in the U.S. Honestly,look on internet, then online-her web!

Can't say enough!! Dr Gannon is really nice and easy to talk to. She made me feel really comfortable. I was very embrassed about my breast after having children. I saw several other doctor before choosing her. I'm glad I did my breast came out beautiful

I had a BA surgery with Dr. Gannon. I am 100 percent happy. She made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. She was happy to answer all my questions and encouraged me to call if I had anymore. I was so nervous about the surgery but it went great and I had very little post op pain! I highly recommend Dr.Gannon and her wonderful staff!

Dr Gannon destroyed my body! I have scars that look like I was attacked and sliced up and down. She also put a size bigger implant in me so instead of a C I am walking around with Double DD! She told me it was extra skin and decided to cut me open in her office which led to an infection with open wounds for months! She charged my insurance and received $6000 and took $6000 from me as well. My insurance paid because my implant popped! I live in hell still to this day from that nightmare!
