Dr. Susan Fromer, MD

Dr. Susan Fromer is very professional, kind and open and honest about what can be done with your eyes. She recently removed cataracts from both eyes and the procedure quick was seamless. No complication at all. Most importantly to me is now I can see without having to wear glasses. I am extremely please with the surgery results. Dr. Fromer continues to follow up with my healing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good ophthalmologist

Dr. Susan Fromer's Office is amazing. I recently had cataract surgery and the surgical nursing staff was extremely caring, attentive and awesome. I am what they call "hard stick" and any survivors of breast cancer overstand what this means. It's not easy finding a vein for IV's insertions ?? it can be painful, but the team together found it. I don't remember names of Dr. Fromer surgical staff but BIG ?? SHOUT OUT! Thanks from the bottom of my heart for caring especially in the times we live presently. Don't be mislead by the negative reviews sometimes impatient people feels entitled. Whenever you visit a "Specialist" you MUST have patience. Patience is virtue and I live by it. I am a cancer survivor and it has paid off because of it. I apprecilove Dr. Susan Fromer for loving her job and deeply caring about each and everyone of her patients. ??

Always treated respectful and with courteously. From. Former informs patients of the best possible treatment plan and why and will make adjustments if necessary. Her approach is inclusive.

I was concerned initially because there were no seats in the waiting room and I can not stand for long. But they did something I did not expect. One of the receptionist came out and asked people had they been seen and started processing people through fairly quickly. Also each Dr. I saw were genuinely caring and. Ensured I new what was been done step by step.

My visit was comfortable. Waits time 10min. Staff very professional.

I did not see Susan Fromer, but this is her practice and she is responsible for the way it is run. If you have any other options, I urge you never to use Fromer eye center. I was misled and misinformed By them, kept waiting 2 hours for my appointment and was dismayed by the lack of knowledge exhibited by the low vision specialist I finally saw. I will never go back. I think they may be a Medicaid/ Medicare mill, insisting on unnecessary procedures to make more money. if you can go elsewhere,
