Negligent to my mothers care.
My Mom had a procedure scheduled & had severe pain before the appointed surgery(unrelated). Finch did not call back after Mom was leaving numerous messages. Mom ended up getting an appt with an on call Dr in the office who stated a probable dx (degenerative arthritis. After sx, mom was having worse pain, could barely get out of bed & Finch ordered a CT of her lumbar and hip (5 views be exact) within 24 hrs.. that was great right? So, thinking Finch has become more in-tune with her patients since last years negligence with mom -having Mom take the same antibiotic for 3 months letting a UTI get worse until it formed into a kidney infection with multiple kidney stones ending her up in the ER! But mom forgave her.. So now, mom has tried to get a call back for the CT results of back and hip for almost 2 wks. She gets the results from a medical assistant… not the dr, or the nurse, but a MED ASSIST! NOT her scope in TN. “Spine surgeon needed & calling in pain meds”, 48 hrs & 0 meds! NEGLECT

I am a new patience for Dr. Finch but she walked into the treatment room with full knowledge of my health history and my lab results. She did a comprehensive exam and systems review plus gave me a copy of my lab work! THE BEST internal medicine visit in years. So glad we found her!!!

It was a telephone visit. She asked around 5 or 6 questions about the last time I had some services such as a mammogram and colonoscopy, and eye exam. A total waste of Medicare money and my time. It is the same questions every year and we never discuss any health issues or concerns I might have. Will not do this next year.

Dr. Finch is very thorough in her examination and conversation, explaining information in a clear and concise manner. She is concerned about the health of her patients. The added bonus that I appreciate greatly is she runs very close to, if not on, schedule.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Finch. She seemed very interested in listening to me and learn about my health history. I made her my primary physician.
