Dr. Fair and her staff are extremely responsive, kind and competent.

I have been a patient of Dr Susan Fair for many years, maybe 10 years or so. My wife and my mother in law are also clients. Dr Susan Fair always takes as much time with me as I need. She and her staff are thorough, efficient, patient and kind. She or her office will follow up with us after a visit if there is something unusual happening with our health. She answers every query I may have and will go into depth with her answers. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with her or with her staff. They are a family business and I like that. They are not corporate in any way and do their best to steer clear of corporate style care. Dr Fair is not afraid to speak honestly if she feels I am ignoring my health. I much prefer this over a medical professional telling me whatever I want to hear. I am grateful to have Dr Susan Fair as my General Practitioner.

I have been with her for many years. She is patient, kind and truly listens. She is always available when needed.

Dr. Fair LISTENS and responds accordingly. I have recommended her to several people and will continue to do so. She spends as much time with me as she needs to and I don't feel as if she is rushing thru the appointment. And she has a great sense of humor

I have been going to Dr. Fair since she was tied to Health First in Cocoa Beach. Dawn and staff are all super friendly, efficient and spend time with you for a REAL appointment where they are very attentive. Great to go to an office and you know it is always same staff without constant turnover. That says it all right there! Have referred many and not one has been disappointed or had complaints.

Blue Cross Website says she is accepting new patients so I called to set up an appointment. I was told they are on "hold" for new patients. I politely let them know their website is incorrect, as it says they ARE accepting new patients. The woman interrupted me several times, was extremely curt and said I was wrong. If they cant even get through a single conversation politely, why on earth would I ever trust them with my time and money???

Dr. Fair, and her nurse practitioner Dawn, have been my medical advisors for more than 10 years. My daughter and I both take our health issues to their office and every experience has been exemplary.

Dr Fair has been my mum's doctor for years. She has been my doctor for 3 years. I have never felt so comfortable talking to a doctor before. Both she and her NP Dawn are wonderful. They listen and never make you feel rushed. I have 100%confidence in them both. The entire office staff is great. I often say I feel like we are going to visit family not seeing a doctor. I will forever be grateful to Dr Fair for the care she's provided both my mom and myself. It's like winning the lottery of doctors!

She cares about her patients, and she helps me understand my RA & how it impacts my body. She and her staff are very friendly.
