Just had a terrible appointment and not surprise to find all these bad reviews here. She is very unprofessional, rude and condescending. Do not trust you with your health issues.

Avoid Her If You Have MDLive Account
Telehealth
This 'physician' did not call me as requested. Within two minutes of accepting my MDlive case, she immediately marked it as a 'missed appointment.' I have phone records to prove she did not contact me. Very unprofessional when people are seeking medical care. I would not recommend her. If assigned, I would immediately request someone else. My issue was resolved by a different and competent doctor.

MD live
This doctor was assigned to me on MD Live for an asthma issue. I see by her profile she doesn't even handle asthma. It was a terrible appt and she did not help. Why take my case..very disappointed in the service. I see with all the other ratings I am not the only one with issues with this dr.

No surprise that after a terrible MDLive visit with this woman I look her up and she has terrible reviews. Just like everyone said - terrible, dismissive, rude, absolutely no help & told me there is no treatment for a sinus infection which everyone knows is not true. And told me it could be Covid-19. What a joke.

Awful doctor. She was the doctor assigned to me from MDlive and BCBS in order to assist me with my UTI symptoms. The woman would not even let me finish my statement, and hang up on me stating the case was too complicated. Not sure what is so complicated about prescribing antibiotic for uti? With urine lab work and blood work on the portal. This woman is was crass and had no empathy or servant attitude or desired to help anyone. Easy money to hang up on people.

I don’t know about the recent reviews, but when she had her own practice before Obamacare ruined it, she was amazing. I just came here to see if she happened to go back into private practice. She’s still the best doctor I’ve ever had, honest and personable.

Worst doctor I’ve ever had an experience with in my whole entire life. I don’t know how she is even a doctor. If she is actually a doctor she took a Hippocratic oath to do no harm and she did a lot of harm. I would rather be sick forever then ever have to deal with this doctor again. Honestly I do not know how she still has her license.

If I could give no stars, I would. That would be about how much she cared about me or my health. Worst Dr. I have ever spoken with. Literally asked me over and over if that was everything and never listened to my questions. I called in for assistance with a personal matter and left feeling worse than I did before the call.

Used through Teladoc. Dismissive, rude and actually said the words “could be cancer” to me over the phone about a fever and flu symptoms. I’m going to reach out my insurance, because she claimed I don’t have coverage for recommendations (never heard of that and every other doc I’ve seen told me next steps). I had to pry a timeframe and level of care recommendation from her before she hung up on me when I asked to provide feedback.

Used her through Teledoc , found her very professional. Gave me good advise on otc meds and a prescription for my respiratory infection. She has the degree, I don't. Would have no problem using her services again.

Teledoc visit - she was clearly doing something else while she talked to me. There were long moments of pause where I could hear other things going on in the background. Sounded like she was driving. There is a level of professionalism I expect from any doctor, even over the phone. She didn’t provide that.

Tele doc. Dismissive, rude, made mistakes with my diagnosis because she did not read the nurses notes and then refused to take responsibility for those mistakes. Horrible patient care. She does not listen to patients, she began yelling at me and then threatened to end the call after I had already been on the phone off and on for 12 hours just to get treatment for asthma medication. Also accused me of abusing the system. Just terrible experience.

Teladoc she was the most dismissive, rude physician I’ve ever encountered. She refused to listen and literally told me to get a second opinion and then hung up. Teledoc provided me with another provider who was shocked by the treatment I received.
